What is stored

The form stores the project details and contact fields you submit in the local WordPress database. Authorized site administrators can review these records. You may attach one PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB. Attachments are stored outside the public website, available only to authorized administrators, and scheduled for deletion after 30 days. This local demo does not send data to an external CRM or email provider.

How it is used

Saved submissions demonstrate engineering intake, validation and administrator review. A temporary, salted hash of the connection address is used to limit repeated requests; the raw address is not stored in the inquiry record.

Before real-world use

A production privacy notice, retention schedule, data request process, regional requirements and approved service providers must be established before collecting real customer information. Do not submit confidential drawings or real personal data to this demonstration.
