AXISFORGE / FACTORY & MANUFACTURING WORKFLOW

A clear process, from configuration to acceptance.

This demonstration explains the manufacturing and verification stages a buyer should review with an equipment supplier. It does not depict a verified AxisForge facility or production capacity.

01 / Define the configuration

Confirm the machine envelope, spindle or handling requirements, control interfaces, workholding and utilities against the buyer brief. Record options and exclusions before preparing the build configuration.

02 / Assembly and integration

A representative workflow brings mechanical assembly, electrical work, lubrication and control integration together under documented checks. Any robotic integration requires clearly assigned responsibility for guarding, interlocks and commissioning.

03 / Inspection and run-off

Agree the inspection method, environmental conditions, representative parts and acceptance limits before a run-off. Keep machine geometry checks distinct from the capability of a complete machining process.

04 / Documentation and shipment preparation

Review the configuration record, applicable manuals, lifting and installation instructions, packing method and site requirements. Shipping terms and protection should match the agreed route and equipment.

05 / Installation handover

Confirm responsibilities for positioning, utilities, commissioning, operator familiarization and acceptance at the destination. Identify the documentation and contacts needed for subsequent support.

What to request during supplier due diligence

For a real purchase, request a facility visit or verified walkthrough, equipment inventory, relevant certificates with scope and validity, sample inspection records and a documented acceptance plan. This demo does not fabricate those records.
