Problem / production requirements

Long machining cycles on fixture plates motivate a supervised evaluation of pallet-based loading.

Recommended approach

A representative steel plate would first be machined under supervision to establish tool wear and chip behaviour. The cell plan then evaluates a pallet interface and a documented recovery sequence for a stopped cycle.

Technical considerations

Review lifting points, plate support, coolant drainage and chip accumulation around locating features. A heavy plate and its fixture must fit the combined load limit.

Evaluation / acceptance criteria

Acceptance would require repeatable location after pallet exchange and a safe operator recovery demonstration. The scenario does not assert an achieved unattended operating duration.
