Automated loading for production batches
Stable batches still require reliable orientation, part seating and separation of finished and unfinished components.

Aluminum housings require repeatable seating without damaging machined sealing faces.
The fictional cell plan uses locating pins referenced to the casting datum, replaceable support pads and a dedicated gripper for the housing. The proposed sequence checks seating before the machine-ready signal and keeps sealing faces away from the transfer contact points.
Trials would include casting variation, residual chips on supports and a deliberately misoriented blank. Handling payload includes the gripper, not only the housing.
Review the seating checks and inspect sealing-face damage after repeated transfers. The demo records an evaluation plan, not a verified cycle-time or scrap reduction.
